Free shipping on every order
Shipping is always FREE on all BASED orders, whatever you buy. No minimum purchase, no hidden shipping fees.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and to the countries of the European Union. If your country is available at checkout, we deliver there.
Processing time
We aim to process and ship most orders within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Estimated delivery times (after shipping)
- United States: Priority 1-2 business days; Standard 2-5 business days.
- European Union: 6-10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays, customs, holidays or weather.
Duties and taxes
Depending on your country, import duties or taxes may apply.
Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder or email us at baseddofficial@gmail.com.
Late, lost or damaged packages
If it's been more than 5 business days and your order hasn't moved, or your package arrives damaged, email baseddofficial@gmail.com with your order number. We'll track it down or send a free replacement.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away; we can update the address only if the order hasn't shipped yet.
